Job summary

Quince is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our enterprise sales process in San Francisco. You will partner with Account Executives to manage the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution and outstanding customer experience.

This role requires deep product knowledge and a commitment to operational excellence to scale our enterprise business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project management, operations, or vendor management.
• Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms to track client data, order status, and communication history (Hubspot preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders with distinct approaches.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented with sense of urgency.
• Customer service oriented and customer obsessed—committed to exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

• Assume deal ownership post-sale, from logo approval through invoicing, delivery and issue resolution.
• Track and update all project progress in our B2B operations tracker; communicate with clarity even when information is incomplete.
• Finalize customization details, communicate delivery timelines, and manage approval workflows with clients and internal teams.
• Field and resolve client support requests including sample returns, shipping/tracking, troubleshooting missing or damaged items.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve client experience.
• Over-communicate with customers; respond with urgency and follow through on commitments.
