Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in project management, operations, or vendor management.
• Familiarity with CRM or PM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented with sense of urgency.
• Customer service oriented and customer-obsessed.

Responsibilities

• Own deal from logo approval to invoicing and delivery.
• Update progress in the B2B operations tracker; keep clients informed.
• Finalize customization details and delivery timelines; manage approvals.
• Handle client support requests for returns, shipping, tracking, damage.
• Identify ops improvements to streamline tasks and client experience.
• Communicate with customers with urgency and follow through.
