Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, program management, or related roles.
• Experience with learning technology, onboarding, change management, and AI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Marathon Health University learning ecosystem end-to-end.
• Lead enterprise learning programs and onboarding from planning to measurement.
• Collaborate with vendors, SMEs, and technology partners to enable scalable learning.
• Drive engagement, adoption, and continuous improvement through communications and analytics.
