Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a high-impact Senior Sales Engineer to shape complex enterprise opportunities by aligning business needs with learning platforms, content, and services. You will lead discovery, craft tailored demonstrations, and engage senior stakeholders across Learning, HR, Technology, Data, and AI teams.

You will partner with Account Executives to advance opportunities, translate feedback into actionable solutions, and drive measurable outcomes in AI readiness and workforce

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges, skill gaps, transformation initiatives and learning needs.
• Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches.
• Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem across platforms, content, and services.
• Assess solution fit and identify dependencies requiring SME validation.
• Understand client LMS/LXP/HRIS context to inform solution positioning.
