Expedia Group seeks a senior- level learning architect to design enterprise learning strategies and scalable curricula across multiple domains. You will translate business priorities into end-to-end learning ecosystems, including needs analysis, content strategy, delivery models, and measurement, while establishing standards for accessible, engaging experiences.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to align investments with priorities and drive adoption, designing AI-based learning pathways

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, instructional design, education, organizational development, business, technology, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience designing and architecting enterprise learning and development solutions.
• Experience owning strategy and architecture across multiple learning programs and domains.
• Expertise in learning design principles, adult learning theory, curriculum architecture, and data-informed improvement.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work and experience designing AI learning for technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Architect enterprise learning and development strategies, frameworks, and experiences with measurable outcomes.
• Translate priorities and performance data into scalable learning architectures and curricula.
• Lead end-to-end learning ecosystems—needs analysis, content strategy, delivery, measurement, and improvement.
• Establish standards and reusable patterns for accessible, engaging learning experiences.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align investments with priorities and drive adoption.
• Design role-based AI learning pathways for Technology job families with Developer Experience.
