Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage in the United States seeks an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead enterprise client upskilling initiatives. You will coordinate Sales, Courseware Development, Technology and Operations Delivery from planning through completion, ensuring cohesive programs across multiple delivery modes.

You will own client relationships, manage program reporting, track commitments, and push process improvements to scale high-impact learning experiences for global clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project and program management experience.
• Minimum 2 years in ed tech, enterprise learning, or learning operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with cloud, AI, data, or programming; speak credibly with client tech.
• Experience with project management tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client upskilling and reskilling programs from planning through completion.
• Plan and implement delivery for deals combining instructor-led training, on-demand learning, accelerators, and other offerings.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships with program owners and sponsors.
• Own program reporting on progress, learner engagement and completion, risks, and next steps.
• Track delivery commitments, surface risk early, and manage escalations.
• Drive process improvement and standards for private instructor-led deliveries and programs.
