Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead enterprise learning delivery programs for our clients. You will coordinate Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, Operations Delivery, and client stakeholders from planning through completion.

You will own the operational lead for private instructor-led deliveries, plan multi-component delivery deals, and build trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of project and program management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in ed tech, enterprise learning, or learning operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with technical subject areas such as cloud, AI, data, or programming.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms, LMS systems.
• Sees patterns behind repeated problems and helps fix them at the process level.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client upskilling and reskilling programs, coordinating multiple teams from planning through completion.
• Serve as the operational lead for private instructor-led deliveries for clients.
• Plan and implement delivery for deals combining instructor-led training, on-demand learning, accelerators, and other offerings.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client program owners and sponsors.
• Own program reporting for clients, covering progress, learner engagement and completion, risks, and next steps.
• Track commitments against delivery, surface risk early, and manage escalations.
• Drive process improvement and standards for private instructor-led deliveries and programs.
