Accenture LearnVantage in the United States seeks a Customer Experience Manager to lead client upskilling and reskilling programs, coordinating Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, Operations Delivery, and client stakeholders from planning through completion.

You will serve as the operational lead for private instructor-led deliveries, plan and implement delivery for blended offerings, and build trusted relationships with client sponsors as part of a consistent delivery partner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project and program management experience.
• Minimum 2 years in ed tech, enterprise learning, or learning operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; associate degree requires 6+ years.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with cloud, AI, data, or programming.
• Experience with project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead client upskilling and reskilling programs from planning through completion.
• Act as the operational lead for private instructor‑led deliveries with cross‑team collaboration.
• Plan and implement delivery for blended offerings (instructor-led, on‑demand, accelerators).
• Build and maintain trusted client sponsors relationships as a delivery partner.
• Own program reporting covering progress, learner engagement, risks, and next steps.
• Track commitments, surface risk early, and manage escalations.
