Accenture LearnVantage in the United States seeks a Customer Experience Manager to lead client upskilling and reskilling programs across Sales, Courseware Development, Technology and Operations Delivery. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project and program management experience.
• Minimum 2 years in ed tech, enterprise learning, or learning operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6+ years if Associate Degree.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with cloud, AI, data, or programming to speak with client tech stakeholders.
• Experience with LMS platforms and enterprise training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client upskilling and reskilling programs across Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, Operations Delivery and client stakeholders.
• Serve as operational lead for private instructor-led deliveries, partnering with the account's sales lead and Operations Delivery to ensure delivery items are completed.
• Plan and implement delivery for deals combining instructor-led, on-demand learning, accelerators, and other offerings.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client program owners and sponsors, partnering with Customer Success Managers.
• Own program reporting for clients, covering progress, learner engagement and completion, risks, and next steps.
• Track commitments against delivery, surface risk early, and manage escalations.
• Drive process improvement and standards for private instructor-led deliveries and programs, turning recurring client feedback into playbooks.
