Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Customer Experience Manager to lead enterprise client upskilling programs, coordinating Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, and Operations Delivery. You will act as the central operational contact from kickoff through regular syncs, translating client needs into execution plans.

The role requires strong project management experience, experience with ed tech or learning operations, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project and program management experience.
• 2+ years in ed tech, enterprise learning, or learning operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client upskilling and reskilling programs from planning through completion.
• Serve as operational lead for private instructor-led deliveries with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and implement delivery for deals combining instructor-led, on-demand, accelerators, and other offerings.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss program design and trade-offs.
• Build trusted client relationships with program owners and sponsors.
• Translate client needs into clear internal requirements and decisions for the delivery team.
• Own program reporting for progress, engagement, risks, and next steps.
• Track commitments, surface risk early, and manage escalations.
• Drive process improvement and standards for private deliveries and programs.
