Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Director of Learning & Development to shape enterprise learning strategies, accelerate leadership development and drive measurable business impact. You will partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and design programs that elevate performance across the organization.

You will lead design and delivery of leadership development initiatives, leverage data to show impact and collaborate with HR and external providers to scale learning across a global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, L&D, Business Admin or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Typically 10+ years in learning & development or org effectiveness.
• 5–6 years of leadership/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and leadership development opportunities.
• Create innovative programs to enhance leadership effectiveness and career development at all levels.
• Lead design and implementation of leadership development and talent programs.
• Leverage learning analytics and feedback to measure impact and drive improvement.
• Build partnerships with business leaders, HR and external providers to meet evolving needs.
• Oversee learning technologies, content strategies and scalable development experiences.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
