Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in a client service/business consultant environment with systems experience.
• 5 years of people leadership experience.
• A college degree is great but not required; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients: Create onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies: Analyze systems, interfaces, and processes to implement solutions.
• Partner Internally: Collaborate with sales and customer service; share priorities and issues.
• Multi-Task - Communicate: Manage multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and share updates.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and handle high-volume inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
