Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Specialist to guide mid-sized business clients through the onboarding and deployment of ADP payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships, analyze client needs, and ensure successful adoption of ADP technologies across diverse geographies and industries.

You will thrive in a metrics‑driven environment, learn quickly, and communicate clearly with clients to drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment.
• Basic project management skills.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. Create onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation and help clients use our products with confidence.
• Implement ADP Technologies. Analyze existing systems and business processes and implement ADP solutions.
• Partner Internally. Collaborate with ADP sales and customer service teams and share priorities and issues with the client project team.
• Multi‑Task - Communicate. Manage multiple time‑sensitive projects and share information with clients and ADP teams.
• Maintain a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls, with higher volume during peak seasons.
