Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Implt Consultant to lead client onboarding and implement ADP's payroll solutions in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

You will manage relationships with mid-sized business clients, analyze processes, and drive ADP technology adoption to deliver long-term client success. You will collaborate with sales and customer service teams, onboard new clients, and ensure smooth implementation of ADP services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years in client service or systems integration.
• Basic project management skills.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Military experience or similar acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients for product/service implementations.
• Implement ADP technologies to deliver a complete solution.
• Partner with ADP teams in sales and customer service and share priorities and issues.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and communicate progress to clients and teams.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls during peak seasons.
