Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide mid-sized business clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth adoption of ADP's payroll and HR solutions. You will learn clients’ needs, coordinate with internal teams, and build lasting relationships to drive long-term success.

You will analyze client requirements, implement ADP technologies, and manage multiple projects with a focus on delivering value and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Consult with clients to analyze existing systems and business processes to deliver ADP solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams and share priorities and issues as they arise.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Organize daily schedules to handle high volumes of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
