Job summary

Okta is seeking a high-impact Auth0 Account Executive to drive territory growth and build relationships with security-conscious enterprise customers. You will engage Application Development teams and CTO-level decision makers to articulate value and close complex security-focused SaaS deals.

This role involves travel for onboarding and ongoing customer engagement, with remote-friendly work options and a strong emphasis on a repeatable, predictable bookings process through MEDDPICC-driven

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS revenue growth and sales leadership.
• Ability to evangelize to CTO-level stakeholders including Product, Engineering and Architecture.
• Strong technical discovery skills that resonate with developers and decision makers.
• Proven ability to connect technical sales to business outcomes and value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and collaborative within teams.
• Experience using MEDDPICC or similar structured sales framework (MEDDPICC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build a plan to generate net new logo pipeline and revenue growth.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets for YoY territory expansion.
• Develop and execute account strategies to create pipeline and close deals.
• Identify and engage leaders in prospect accounts to access key decision makers.
• Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet revenue quota.
• Leverage partners and Okta ecosystem to create opportunities.
• Collaborate with xDRs, Partners, Presales, and Customer First teams.
• Travel as needed to build relationships with customers and prospects.
