Okta is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Auth0 opportunities in the US to partner with sales, educate customers, and demonstrate product solutions.

You will own pre-sales engagements, deliver tailored demos, and build Proofs of Concept with cross-functional teams. Strong IAM, REST, and cloud experience are essential, along with exceptional communication to C-level and developer audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales IAM experience.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Experience with RBAC and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Hands-on web/mobile/backend development experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, API Gateways and SDKs.
• Cloud deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Security concepts including encryption and auth mechanisms.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsabilités

• Work with sales as the technical expert to help enterprise customers understand Okta's value.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and align solutions to customer needs.
• Answer technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Plan and deliver proofs of concept with cross-team collaboration.
• Provide product feedback to improve features and value.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with the Solutions Engineering team.
• Stay current on competitive landscape and market differentiation.
