Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience in IAM.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Experience with lifecycle management, RBAC, and provisioning/deprovisioning.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team as the technical expert to help Enterprise Customers understand the value of Okta’s solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and respond to technical questions from customers and partners.
• Plan and deliver proofs of concepts for complex use cases with cross-team collaboration.
• Gather feedback to inform product enhancements and share best practices.
