Job summary

Okta is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Auth0 who will serve as a technical business consultant, developing and positioning product‑specific solutions during sales cycles while meeting quarterly and annual goals. You will work with a diverse set of customers—from developers to C‑level executives—to educate them on best practices in cloud security during their journey with Okta’s Identity Platform.

Qualifications

Pre‑sales IAM engineering experience with strong understanding of IAM concepts such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC and SAML.
Demonstrated ability to map customer challenges to Okta solutions and present compelling demos.
Experience with lifecycle management, RBAC, provisioning/deprovisioning, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical and domain expert for Enterprise customers to show value of Okta's solutions.
Deliver product demonstrations and answer technical questions from customers and partners.
Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for complex use cases with cross‑team collaboration.
Provide feedback to product management on enhancements and new assets.
Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solutions Engineers to improve quality and efficiency.
Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
Support marketing events like executive briefings, conferences, and user groups.
Possibly lead the team as SME on certain product solutions or competitive knowledge.
