Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to hunt and close net-new business. You’ll manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing across defined territories, building value through Paychex’s portfolio including PEO, HR solutions, payroll, and benefits.

You will engage with economic buyers at the C-level, run multi-stakeholder discovery, and partner with engineers and the ecosystem to expand deals in a high-velocity, scalable GTM model.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 3 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Driver's License required.
• Sales and enterprise selling experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business in defined territories.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build solution bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio and earn accelerators.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers and broker/channel relationships in a GTM team.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
