Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive net-new business in a defined territory. You’ll engage C-level executives, build a strong pipeline, and close high-impact deals within a scalable, end-to-end HCM platform ecosystem.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and leverage a broad portfolio including payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services. This role offers a compensation plan designed for top performers and clear opportunities for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.
• Ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Strong pipeline development and closing record.
• Experience in HCM industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting through discovery, demo, and close.
• Build solution bundles across the Paychex portfolio (PEO, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, etc.).
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and broker network to scale deals.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
