Job summary

ADP, a global leader in cloud-based human capital management solutions, is hiring a Sales Representative for Major Accounts, Core in Florida. You will own a defined territory, drive a multi-step sales cycle, and engage executives to discuss HCM initiatives across payroll, HR, benefits, time, and analytics with a focus on long-term partnerships.

You will collaborate with ADP partners to cross-sell within current accounts and leverage warm leads from marketing and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Preferred: experience in HCM, technology, business development, or software sales.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined, protected territory and execute a top-down sales strategy to win new clients.
• Drive the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
• Build a network of decision-makers and business owners to secure new business.
• Collaborate with internal ADP partners to cross-sell and expand within current accounts.
