ZoomInfo is seeking a GTM Success Manager II to join our Customer Success team in a hybrid setup. You will drive product adoption, retention, and growth by cultivating strategic partnerships with world-class customers across enterprise accounts.

The role emphasizes creating strategic account plans, delivering business reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or sales in a competitive SaaS environment.
• 2+ years working with Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of world-class go-to-market processes and cross-functional dynamics.
• Excellent communication, including issue tracking, triage and crisis management.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously and communicate with all levels of management.
• Experience presenting to stakeholders and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of strategic customers and proactively advocate to achieve defined objectives.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with strategic stakeholders and sponsors to drive product adoption.
• Grow breadth and depth of strategic relationships within customers.
• Identify and mitigate risk of attrition through proactive account nursing.
• Coordinate with internal ZoomInfo teams to align activities with customer business cases.
• Establish and maintain renewal-focused relationships through the lifecycle of the subscription.
