Qualifications

• 10+ years in project and program management for external clients.
• 7+ years managing Salesforce engagements preferred.
• 5+ years experience in Public Sector Professional Services preferred.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to build project plans.
• Proven leadership of large cross-functional teams (up to 75+).
• Strong communication, budget, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program team with clear direction, communication, and scope.
• Serve as primary client interface and manage governance and gates.
• Build project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee resource utilization and timesheet approvals.
• Manage multiple projects within a program and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and transferable Salesforce documentation.
• Support end-to-end implementation planning, risk, and change management.
• Lead client workshops and manage escalations with senior stakeholders.
