Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager to lead mission-critical Public Sector engagements. You will manage delivery health, partner with stakeholders, and ensure quality across complex CRM projects.

This role emphasizes technical design, risk management, and client advisory excellence. You will collaborate with Portfolio Delivery Leaders, drive end-to-end execution, and influence strategic outcomes in a fast-paced, travel-friendly environment.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-scale CRM projects or professional services engagements in complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead project teams, manage budgets, scheduling, and contract commitments.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce product suite and implementation experience across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills with program managers and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with procurement, governance, and delivery in government programs.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance (or higher) required; US citizenship without dual citizenship.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage day-to-day delivery health of engagements, ensuring SPSM compliance and outcome-based delivery.
• Create, lead, and review project plans; monitor timelines and dependencies; adjust schedules as needed.
• Lead one or more large enterprise projects or multiple interrelated projects with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor risks and issues; lead recovery efforts and escalations with the Portfolio Delivery Leader.
• Facilitate technical design discussions and ensure quality of all deliverables.
• Collaborate with GTM, pre-sales, and delivery partners to ensure aligned execution.
