Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Delivery Director to lead our most complex Professional Services engagements end-to-end, driving value realization for customers.

You will partner with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, governance, and delivery roadmaps, leveraging Salesforce and AI capabilities to improve efficiency, cost savings, and adoption. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading multiple workstreams or large enterprise programs.
• Experience using/implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engagement Delivery Director role for complex Professional Services engagements.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to develop KPIs that measure value and outcomes.
• Drive strategy, governance, and risk management to ensure project success.
• Coach and lead PMs and cross-functional teams to deliver on client priorities.
