Job summary
Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager on the Missionforce Professional Services team in a hands-on delivery role for public sector programs. You will manage delivery health, governance, and client relationships across engagements, driving quality and outcomes without direct people leadership.
You will partner with the Portfolio Delivery Leader and project teams to ensure successful delivery, adherence to SPSM standards, and alignment to mission outcomes in a cleared
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of project management delivering enterprise CRM/professional services.
- Solid Salesforce knowledge across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.
- Exceptional executive presence with stakeholders and program managers.
- Public sector procurement, governance, and fixed-price nuances understood.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery governance and health across engagements per SPSM standards.
- Lead project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Manage one or more large enterprise programs with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor risks, issues, and escalations; drive issue resolution and recovery.
- Maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and leadership.
