Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Director (HLS) to lead our most complex Professional Services engagements, from advisory to value realization. You will manage delivery, governance, and executive stakeholder interactions to drive measurable business value for customers.

You will partner with internal teams to ensure a unified One Salesforce approach, drive strategy and risk mitigation, and coach PMs across multiple workstreams while leveraging AI-enabled delivery practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading multiple workstreams and/or large enterprise-scale programs.
• 5+ years using/implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Track record of delivering programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to build governance foundations and accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Professional Services engagements from advisory to value realization.
• Partner with executive sponsors and account teams to drive customer success and ROI.
• Define KPIs with customers to measure initiative value and effectiveness.
• Drive strategy, governance, and risk management across multiple workstreams.
• Coach and develop PMs and cross-functional teams to improve delivery.
