Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-scale CRM projects.
• Experience delivering Public Sector engagements in cleared environments.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce and delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent executive communication and relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Delivery governance: oversee day-to-day delivery health per SPSM standards and project gates.
• Lead project planning, timelines, dependencies, and resource utilization.
• Manage one or more large enterprise projects or multiple interrelated programs.
• Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues; support project recovery when needed.
• Collaborate with GTM, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure aligned outcomes.
