You will own a book of accounts, run technical workshops and enablement programs, and work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support on escalations and adoption, requiring strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding enterprise customers through technical decisions.
• Background in customer success, post-sales, or professional services focused on adoption and retention.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and build success plans.
