Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Customer Success Architect to serve as a strategic advisor for our largest customers, aligning DevSecOps platforms to business goals and delivering long-term outcomes. You will partner with post-sales teams, manage a portfolio, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to address complex challenges.

You will leverage Git, CI/CD, and DevSecOps to help customers adopt best practices, drive architecture guidance, and increase platform maturity and retention

Qualifications

• Experience with Git, branching strategies, and SDLC.
• Hands-on CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience guiding customers through technical/architectural decisions.
• Experience facilitating technical workshops and enablement programs.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of customers and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accelerator programs from discovery to measurement and document results.
• Guide customers on how to use the GitLab platform and best practices.
• Own a book of customers and drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain Customer Success Plans with KPIs and progress tracking.
• Coordinate across Support, Product, Sales, and Professional Services for escalations.
• Deliver structured technical enablement programs and workshops.
• Coordinate technical context for account escalations and follow-up actions.
• Analyze usage and maturity signals to identify risks and opportunities.
