This fully remote role collaborates with an all-remote, distributed team across time zones. You will coordinate with Support, Product and Professional Services to drive adoption, retention and growth while maintaining strong communication and program management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success.
• Familiarity with Git branching strategies, software development lifecycles, and CI/CD/DevSecOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of U.S. public sector accounts to drive adoption, retention and growth.
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and GitLab’s Support, Product, Sales and Professional Services teams.
• Guide customers through adoption of Git, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
