Job summary

GitLab is looking for a Customer Success Architect to drive post-sales adoption and value realization for strategic customers globally. You will partner with product, engineering, services and sales to translate business goals into actionable outcomes and ensure long-term retention.

You will guide customers through GitLab releases, manage a portfolio of accounts, and help define success metrics while promoting training opportunities and scalable adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Git and typical branching strategies.
• Experience in customer success or post-sales roles with proven retention impact.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of assigned customers, driving adoption and satisfaction.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering and Services for successful outcomes.
• Guide customers through GitLab releases and roadmap opportunities.
• Build Customer Success Plans with clear goals and KPIs.
• Identify training opportunities and support escalation management.
