State of Oklahoma, Office of Management and Enterprise Services in Tulsa, seeks a Computer Support Technician I to provide frontline desktop support across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, with emphasis on service delivery, device provisioning, and incident resolution. The role supports statewide agencies, uses ServiceNow, and requires strong troubleshooting and customer service.
The position is full-time in-office five days a week with a salary up to $57,000 and a comprehensive benefits
Formación
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS in enterprise environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in multi-location enterprise support.
Responsabilidades
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS workstations.
- Support iOS and Android devices in enterprise environments.
- Perform imaging, provisioning, software installation, and hardware replacement.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, VPN, and network issues.
- Use remote tools to assist users across statewide locations.
- Maintain endpoint systems reliability and security per standards.
