Job summary

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services in Tecumseh, Oklahoma seeks a Computer Support Technician I to join the in-office team, delivering end-user support, device provisioning, and enterprise troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms.

You will handle imaging, software installation, hardware replacement, and VPN/network issues while meeting SLA expectations, collaborating with statewide locations and participating in on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1+ years of relevant IT experience or equivalent.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS in enterprise environments.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support and endpoint operations for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices.
Configure imaging, provisioning, software installs, and hardware replacement.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, VPN and peripheral issues; maintain SLAs.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams and participate in on-call rotations.
