Job summary

OMES is seeking a Computer Support Technician I to deliver frontline technical support across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. The role emphasizes endpoint deployment, imaging, provisioning, and end-user assistance within Oklahoma's statewide enterprise environment.

Located in Tulsa and operating five days per week in-office, the position requires strong troubleshooting skills and collaboration with IT teams to maintain reliability and compliance with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows and macOS in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS workstations and laptops.
• Support iOS and Android devices in enterprise environments.
• Imaging, provisioning, software installation, and hardware replacement activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, VPN, network, and peripheral device issues.
• Utilize remote support tools to assist users across statewide locations.
• Use ServiceNow for incident management and ticketing and maintain SLA adherence.
• Provide onsite and remote support across locations and collaborate with teams.
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support as required.
