Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience (1 year per year of required education).

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support and endpoint services.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS workstations.
• Support iOS and Android devices in enterprise environments.
• Use ServiceNow for incident management and ticketing.
• Collaborate with IT teams across statewide locations.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support as required.
