State of Oklahoma, Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) seeks a Computer Support Technician I to provide frontline technical support and endpoint services across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. You will handle workstation imaging, provisioning, software installs, and incident resolution while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting Windows and macOS in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and peripherals.
• Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in multi-location enterprise support environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite and remote support for geographically distributed users.
• Configure, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations.
• Support iOS/Android devices in enterprise environments.
• Handle workstation imaging, provisioning and software installation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, VPN, and network issues.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and contribute to documentation.
