Responsibilities

• Provide frontline endpoint support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, VPN, and network issues.
• Imaging, provisioning, and deployment of workstations.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with IT teams across multiple locations and support after-hours as needed.
