Job summary

Cohesity Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow existing accounts in a fast-moving enterprise technology space focused on data security and AI-powered resilience. You will prospect, build pipeline, and close opportunities while collaborating with channel partners and Sales Engineers.

The role emphasizes engaging with senior decision-makers, aligning Cohesity’s platform with customer security and operational needs, and achieving territory goals. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into enterprise technology, preferably infrastructure/SaaS.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and risk requirements.
• Proven track record in net-new acquisitions and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute a territory plan focused on net-new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Build, manage, and advance a qualified sales pipeline with direct and partner-led opportunities.
• Engage with senior decision-makers and customer stakeholders to drive deals.
• Lead customer engagements through discovery, proposal development, and solution alignment.
• Develop clear value-based proposals linking Cohesity to security and resilience needs.
• Collaborate with channel partners and technology alliances to expand market reach.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting.
