Job summary

Cohesity Inc. is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to grow a defined territory, focusing on net-new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts in enterprise security and data protection.

You will build pipelines, engage with senior decision-makers, and collaborate with partners to drive deals in a fast-moving AI-powered resilience space. Qualifications

• Experience selling into Information Security/Cybersecurity teams and aligning solutions to security/risk requirements.
• Customer-focused mindset with interest in cybersecurity and data protection, especially ransomware recovery.
• Proven track record selling enterprise technology solutions in infrastructure/SaaS markets.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Evidence of net-new customer acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
• Foundational understanding of data security and backup technologies; willingness to deepen technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute a territory plan focused on net-new logo acquisition and account growth across enterprise accounts.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, including direct sources and partner-supported opportunities.
• Engage with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within complex organizations.
• Lead customer engagements through discovery, evaluation, proposal development, and solution alignment with guidance from Sales Engineers.
• Develop and deliver clear, value-based proposals linking Cohesity’s platform to security and resilience needs.
• Collaborate with channel partners and technology alliances to support deal execution and expand market reach.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting; contribute to quarterly performance.
