Job summary

Spectrum seeks an Enterprise Data Sales Lead for Commerce, Retail & Consumer Growth to own target accounts, build outbound motion, and co-sell with Category Sales. You will lead conversations that reach beyond media buyers into CRM, analytics, and finance.

The role requires 7+ years closing multi-year, seven-figure deals with Fortune 500 brands in Retail, CPG, or QSR, and rewards performance with base pay plus commission within a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise hunter sales experiences, selling high-ticket data platforms, identity resolution, or advanced programmatic/SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of closing 7-figure enterprise deals ($1M+ ARR) with Fortune 500 brands in Retail, CPG, or QSR.
• Navigate complex matrixed organizations and run overlay or co-selling motions without single-buyer ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain target-account lists across Retail, Restaurants/QSR, CPG, and D2C brands.
• Map buying committees across marketing, CRM/loyalty, customer analytics, and finance.
• Lead senior-level brand conversations to surface LATIS use cases beyond traditional media buys.
• Identify and qualify opportunities where LATIS creates value, including CAC/LTV and market prioritization.
• Qualify opportunities and hand off to Solutions Engineering for feasibility and PoC design.
• Partner with Category Sales and agency/national sellers to accelerate enterprise conversations.
• Own momentum from qualification through proposal and close, with engineering support.
• Operate as a direct hunter with outbound motion while overlaying for Category Sales doors.
