Spectrum is seeking an Enterprise Data Sales Lead to own and drive LATIS-like use cases across Retail, Restaurants/QSR, CPG and D2C brands. You will build target accounts, run outbound motions, and collaborate with Category Sales and agency/national sellers to accelerate enterprise conversations beyond traditional media buys.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise hunter sales, closing $1M+ ARR deals, and navigating complex organizations.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of enterprise hunter sales experience selling data platforms/advanced SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record closing 7-figure enterprise deals ($1M+ ARR) with multi-year expansion.
• Experience navigating complex matrixed orgs and running overlay/co-selling motions.

• Build and maintain target-account lists across Retail, Restaurants/QSR, CPG, and D2C brands.
• Map buying committees across marketing, CRM/loyalty, analytics, finance, and revenue teams.
• Lead senior-level brand conversations to surface LATIS-like use cases beyond traditional media buys.
