Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Senior Account Manager – Power Infrastructure to lead strategic relationships with hyperscale, AI, cloud, and colocation data centers. You will drive revenue, expand the Critical Power portfolio, and coordinate with engineering, product management, and operations to deliver integrated power solutions.

The role requires 5–8 years in enterprise sales or key account management in power distribution or data center environments, with travel up to 40–50%.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within power distribution, electrical infrastructure, or data center solutions.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, or strategic accounts, preferably within Hyperscale, cloud, or colocation environments.
• Strong understanding of data center power distribution systems, electrical infrastructure, or mission‑critical facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver custom, value‑based solutions aligned with customer business and technical needs.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% as required to support customer engagement.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic account plans for major Hyperscale, AI, Cloud Service Provider, and Colocation customers.
• Serve as the executive point of contact across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership.
• Drive revenue growth across Delta's Critical Power Infrastructure portfolio.
• Promote integrated power infrastructure solutions including UPS, PDUs, RPP, Busway, Rack Power Distribution, Switchgear, SST, containerized data centers, power monitoring, and energy storage integration.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from early engagement through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to expand Delta's power infrastructure portfolio within existing customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and FAE teams.
• Influence customer electrical infrastructure roadmaps supporting AI and high‑density computing environments.
• Conduct executive business reviews and customer strategy sessions.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management.
• Monitor market trends, power infrastructure technologies, and competitive activity.
• Represent Delta Electronics Americas at customer events and industry conferences.
