Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a senior professional to lead technical business development for hyperscale data center power solutions. You will translate customer requirements into product roadmaps and drive design-win activity across DG/ORU stacks.

Responsibilities include building strategic relationships with key semiconductor partners, advancing 48V-to-12V conversion solutions, and aligning Delta offerings with major chipsets and reference architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5–10+ years of experience in data center power systems, semiconductor/power IC ecosystem, or technical sales/business development in power solutions.
Strong understanding of DC-DC conversion topologies (buck, LLC, IBC, multiphase) and 48V data center architectures.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical/business interface for hyperscale accounts.
Translate customer requirements into Delta product roadmaps and design wins.
Drive adoption of Delta’s 48V-to-12V DC-DC conversion solutions and related architectures.
Build strategic relationships with semiconductor partners and align Delta solutions with chipsets.
