Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of strategic account management or enterprise sales in Data Center Infrastructure or related industries.
• Proven success selling into Hyperscale, Cloud Service Providers, AI Infrastructure, Colocation, or Enterprise Data Centers.
• Ability to travel 30-40% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for major Hyperscale, AI, Cloud Service Provider, and Colocation customers.
• Own the complete customer relationship at executive level across engineering, procurement, operations, facilities, and leadership.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in Delta's Data Center Power and Thermal Solutions.
• Promote integrated infrastructure solutions including UPS, PDUs, Busway, Liquid Cooling, CDUs, In-Row Cooling, Rear Door Heat Exchangers, and related infra.
• Build long-term executive relationships positioning Delta as a strategic supplier.
• Lead complex, solution-based sales opportunities from initial engagement through negotiations and contracts.
• Identify opportunities to expand Delta's footprint with additional products and services across customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, FAE, Program Management, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure engagements.
• Influence customer tech roadmaps by introducing power and thermal solutions for AI and HPC.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, executive presentations, workshops, and strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer investment strategies.
• Represent Delta Electronics at conferences and events.
