Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth within hyperscale, AI, cloud, and colocation data center markets. The role involves developing and executing account strategies for major customers while promoting Delta’s data center power and thermal infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic account management or enterprise sales in Data Center Infrastructure or related industries.
• Proven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts with multi-million-dollar targets.
• Experience selling to Hyperscale, Cloud Service Providers, AI infrastructure, Colocation, or enterprise data centers.
• Strong understanding of data center electrical infrastructure and thermal management technologies.
• Experience leading consultative sales cycles with executives, engineering, procurement, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for hyperscale, AI, cloud, and colocation customers.
• Own the complete customer relationship across engineering, procurement, operations, and executives.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing opportunities in Delta's data center portfolio.
• Promote integrated UPS, PDUs, busway, liquid cooling, CDU, in-row cooling, and related infra tech.
• Build long-term executive relationships and position Delta as a strategic supplier.
• Lead complex, solution-based deals from engagement through negotiations and delivery.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, FAE, program management, and supply chain.
• Influence customer roadmaps with power and thermal solutions for AI/HPC deployments.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
