Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in account management or sales in power distribution or data center solutions.
• Experience managing large, complex or strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of data center power distribution systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen including pricing and contracts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic hyperscale and large enterprise accounts.
• Develop account strategies and growth plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify expansion opportunities and long-term power infrastructure needs.
• Position value-added power distribution solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead client-facing presentations and proposals.
• Track performance and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention by addressing issues.
