Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of account management, sales, or business development within power distribution, electrical infrastructure, or data center solutions.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, or strategic accounts in hyperscale, cloud, or colocation environments.
• Strong understanding of data center power distribution systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver custom, value-based solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
• Experience cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen including pricing, margin management, and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present at all levels.
• Strong planning and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans for major Hyperscale, AI, Cloud Service Provider, and Colocation customers.
• Serve as the executive point of contact across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership.
• Drive revenue growth across Delta's Critical Power Infrastructure portfolio.
• Promote integrated power infrastructure solutions including UPS Systems, PDUs, RPP, Busway, Rack Power Distribution, Switchgear, SST, Containerized Data Centers, Power Monitoring, Energy Storage Integration.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from early engagement through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to expand Delta's power infrastructure portfolio within existing customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and FAE teams.
• Influence customer electrical infrastructure roadmaps supporting AI and high-density computing environments.
• Conduct executive business reviews and customer strategy sessions.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Represent Delta Electronics at customer events and industry conferences.
