Capgemini seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity Sales Principal to support enterprise and strategic customers across the pre‑sales lifecycle. The role requires the ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to CISOs and senior security leaders, translating complex cybersecurity challenges into well‑architected, business‑aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of cybersecurity experience in pre-sales or solution architecture.
• Experience engaging enterprise or large–mid-market customers.
• Proven success in responding to RFPs and structured procurement processes.
• Broad knowledge across multiple cybersecurity domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales lifecycle for enterprise and strategic customers.
• Engage with CISOs and senior security leaders to translate business goals into security architectures.
• Lead strategic discussions across multiple cybersecurity towers (network, IAM, EDR/XDR, DevSecOps, data security, GRC).
• Translate capabilities into business outcomes, ROI narratives, and risk reduction.
• Support account teams through discovery to close, including POCs and technical validations.
• Lead or contribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with architecture diagrams and security controls mappings.
